Has your license been suspended for non payment? I ask because even when suspended, some States don't let you know it until you get stopped or try to renew. If it has not already been suspended, there is no reason they won't renew it. As far as not working, most courts don't care where you get the money as long as you pay. Kind of hard to explain your reason for needing a license if you can't afford to go anywhere.

"Not working" doesn't relieve you of the responsibility of supporting your child.

Every payment you miss is simply added to the balance you owe... Sooner or later, there will be consequences...sooner or later, you will be arrested..sooner or later your drivers license will be suspended, your bank accounts attached, a lien put against anything you own.

If your child is on public assistance, you will also be required to pay that money back.

You are walking down a black hole. There is NO way out of paying child support...one way or another, the governmetn and the law will catch a deadbeat father --- and you wil pay dearly.

You need to man-up and start supporting the kids you brought into this world.
