I think Zombies would win based on sheer volume. They're more easily able to replicate through a simple bite, whereas a person or zombie would need to drink the blood of a vampire to become a vampire.

Zombies. There are so many versions of vampires it just gets confusing. We all know that zombies are living dead creatures that only die when you shoot them in the head. Thats simple enough.
