Homozygous for A & C (AA, cc).... This means it has the same allele
it is heterozygous for B (Bb).... Notice the two different alleles.
It is NOT triploid (since it only has TWO copies of each gene) If it were triploid it would be (AAABbBCcC, etc)

If I remember biology class correctly it's A, because the homozygous pairs are AA and cc (the alleles in each are identical, hence the "homo-"). AA is homozygous dominant and cc is homozygous recessive.
The Bb genotype is heterozygous.

It's A = homozygous for two different gene pairs.
Homozygous just means that the two alleles of a gene match.
This plant has AA which is homozygous dominant - the As match. It also has cc which is homozygous recessive - the cs match.
