I would have said milkshake before I tried an avocado smoothie. They are very popular in Morocco as the people view avocados as fruit instead of a veggie like we do here in America. Milk, avocado and some sugar is delicious. You can also add a banana for a list twist on the flavor.

Smoothie all the way..you have more options as to how its made..you can go mango, strawberry, banana, orange, whatever..even go the vegetable route, which is sometimes good too. with a milkshake what are your choices? chocolate, vanilla, strawberry..psht.
