The first one would be but she appears to have no eyebrows...and i can't see much of the 2's face. The third one has nice eyes and lips but she looks about 6 years old, she'll be the cutest one when she gets older...which one is your annoying cousin, btw?

I think they're all kinda ugly =/
Or at least really boring, traditional, unoriginal, all-American pretty.
EDIT:
What I meant by "all-american" was that they meet the standards of the junior high "pretty" girls in most normal american junior high schools. That's all.

The third girl is by far the prettiest. No doubt about it. except for the freckles. She has great features especially her lips!
