I think its a cute concept but theres a LOT of silver. Try wearing black tights or leggings with a black sweater or short jacket over the top of it. It might tone down the silver enough so its not like "OHMYGOD SHINY"

Tis the season you can get away with the silver dress so close to xmas and on your birthday im sure you'll be very smart looking in it.
The shoes are a bit much yes with the dress being so much silver perhaps you can tone it down look for a clear type of shoe with silver lightly arond it or the strap thats thin nothing chunky like you have chosen in this shoe. something elegant yet sexy to go with your dress.
A thinner heel will also look nice something sleek and stream line yet sexy.

It's not too bad, but what is the function you are wearing it to? Going to the movies, or a snazzy new years eve party? It is definitely a snazzy party look. Don't put anything else on you!!
With that much goin' on in the dress, the rest of you should be simple.

Love the shoes, hate the top. Get something less dramatic. You'll like like a disco ball.

The dress alone is plenty of silver - add the shoes in black.

yes there is a lot of silver but if you want it EXACTLY like that, you can wear black jewelry to offset the silver.
What's the occasion?
because, you could also wear a black coverup and that would also offset the silver

I agree, it would be good for new years. The description said it's good with leggings, black leggings and a black coverup would help with all of the silver.
