yes there is a way!

if you have an apple, " ? INK corporate" has the answer you're looking for.

i have windows xp, which means i have a pc. what you do is

1. go to the video...pause the video where you want to. on the top right hand corner of your keyboard, there is a button that says "Prnt Scrn". i have a laptop, so it may differ for you. press that.

2. go to whichever program you choose (word, ms paint, photoshop) and hit Control-v or select "edit, paste".

3. cut out the other stuff on the outside of the video, and you have the screen! to make it into an icon, save the picture, and upload. if you want to add fun flashing words i'd advise you to go here.

Yes, I know a way to do that. On your menu bar do you have a subtitle that says : Services?

Then in the submenu it says Grab? Then you can choose Screen, Selection or Timed Screen?

You can use the Selection tool and move it across the area you want to take a screen shot of and save it to your desk top. Later you convert to "save as" Jpeg file to open up in any art imaging program you have if you want to edit the image.

I am using Macintosh but I would imagine other computers have the same thing , just a different name.
