Like the person said we need specific pics but i think that you might need a new hair cut ('ll send some pics) and maybe an eyebrow wax but I was only able to look at the face of the avatar and I need to know what face shape you have that would help ALOT

I suggest you go to a salon so you get some professional makeover experts to LOOK AT YOU (i really wished i had a picture) and get you all done.
Waxing, laser hair removing, getting your eyebrows all done does a lot.

If your hair is curly, I suggest you get it in layers.

ok well first lets start with the hair.
i think straight hair thats curled is really in this summer
straighten your hair and then using your straightner or a curling iron, curl most of your hair but leave a bit of it straight.

if you don't have long hair you can straighten the underneath layers of your hair to add length, or you can get clip in extensions which i have and look really natural.
You should always go for hair colours that suit your complection. So if you have olive skin, chocolate brown or black would look fantastic. If you have fairly light skin then blonde or dark blonde would suit you. If you have dark skin then i'd go for dark browns or blacks.
