Ok, so to clarify things, please say if I'm right or wrong.

Mass: Proton > Neutron > Electron ?
Volume: Proton > Neutron > Electron?
Charge: Proton = +, Neutron = 0 and Electron = -1

Mass of neutron > Mass of proton > Mass of electron

Generally in terms of mass and volume, the difference between the mass and volume of a proton and neutron is too insignificant to actually have any bearing on the problem at hand. On that note though, I think the neutron is SLIGHTLY SLIGHTLY more massive than the proton. Not sure about the volume though, although the "space" that the electron occupies is much higher than the space of the other two particles (In terms of the other two, I would just say they're equal). Otherwise, you're fine.

Neutron has slightly more mass than a proton. When it decays (in about 15 minutes when not in the nucleus), the neutron spits out an electron, and an anti-neutrino and becomes a proton.
Charge is correct.
It's not really useful to worry about the volume differences between protons & neutrons. Just know that they are both about the same size, and significantly bigger than the elctron.

Mass: Neutron > Proton > Electron

The probability density of the nucleons is confined almost entirely to a small region at the center of the atom, while the probability density of the electron is smeared across a much larger space. The particles don't really have a 'size', in the usual definition of the word, but it wouldn't be incorrect to say
Volume: Electron > Proton ~ Neutron

Charge: Your answer is correct.
