(1) PEACEFUL

(a) There are no PERFECT rhymes for this word -- that is, words that match ALL the sounds from the vowel of the accented syllable to the end (the "-eaceful") part. BUT this situation is not that unusual, and poetry frequently allows for "NEAR" rhymes instead -- in which MOST of the sounds match. The most usable near rhymes are usually ones in which the vowels all match ("full assonance") --or are very close-- and the final consonant matches ("final consonance") or nearly matches. If the other consonants are somehow similar that also helps.

So, here are some things you could try (starting with words that are "nearer"):

gleeful
lethal
diesel, easel, weasel
evil, weevil

people, steeple
beetle, fetal, needle, tweedle
penal, renal, venal
beagle, legal, regal
equal, sequel

You can also try words whose vowels don't match perfectly, but are close. For instance -- English "long a" (the sound of the ay in "stay") might work in place of the long e of "peace-" (esp. since that long e is actually PART OF the sound it makes). So you might be able to use:

graceful
faithful
tasteful, wasteful
playful
fateful, grateful, hateful

(b) You might also try other ways to rephrase your sentence so that the word you need a rhyme for is EASIER to rhyme, or at least has the word that will work for what YOU are trying to say. For instance, will "at peace" work? You could then use anything that rhymes (or nearly rhymes) with "peace"--there are many possibilities for that.

(2) PERFECT

First, I ASSUME you mean the adjective, with the accent on the FIRST syllable. (The verb form accents the final syllable, in which case you only need to match a stressed "-ECT", which is much easier -- especially since words ending with "-et(te)" should work [bet, get, let, set....forget, cornet, cassette, corvette...].)

Again, no PERFECT(!) rhymes for this one. This word also is rather difficult to find good NEAR rhymes for, so consider other possible words for the "rhyme position" by using a synonym**or rewriting the whole line.

**Think about HOW the person, thing, etc. is "perfect" -- is it whole/complete, faultless, pure... ?
For ideas, try a thesaurus (to at least get you going)

Here are some possible near rhymes (Note: with the "-ct" combination, you may be fine just matching ONE of them (/c/ or /t/... /t/ will be easier). BUT the /r/ IS important, because it is so closely connected to the sound of the vowel just before it.l)

surfeit
fervent, servant
serpent
hermit
circuit, ergot
merchant, urgent

You might also try words that have a different final consonant sound, but one that's reasonably close to the /t/.
worship, turnip

You may have to find a phrase for peaceful, but here's what I can think of off the top of my head.

peaceful:
s/he's full

perfect:
reject, defect, we left

I'm not that great at rhyming words, but maybe that will help you think of something. :s
