Balthier accent? FFXII?

What is Balthiers accent in Final Fantasy 12? I know it is said to be English, but not London English. I think maybe not even England. If anyone knows, or has an idea, or speaks the same way.... Please let a fan know. Thanks to all.

Gideon Emery is the voice-actor who portrayed Balthier, and he is British. So I'd say it is a British accent.
