after moving out of apt how long does it take to get deposit back in riverside,california?

i know i might get charged for kitchen tile it tore while moving frig don't think it'll be worth the entire deposit

You are entitled to your refund within 21 days. Of course less any damages. The damages and any repairs and cleaning etc. will need to be on an itemised statement. And you can ask for copies of those receipts of those charges.

i believe the landlord can take up to 1 month to give back a deposit.
