-Griffen James and Jayce Grant- These are GREAT too.
-Torrin Seth and Sailor Thomas- Torrin reminds me of Tori and I really don't like Sailor.

The only pair that I like is Benjamin Rowan and Ryan Blake as they are the only normal names there.
Chadden sounds like cheddar cheese. Trevin and Torrin are really weird. Sailor is even worse! Maverick is open to ridicule and Pierce is just not nice. Not a fan of Griffen either!
Bryce, James, Jayce, Thomas, Seth and Michael are all good names.
As you are trying to do the reverse pattern thing, how about:
Benjamin Ronan (an Irish name) and Ryan Blake
Charlie Blake and Bryce Christopher
Taylor Keith and Kyle Thomas
Geordie James and Jayce Grant
(I've run out of T names)
Mitchell Preston and P(?) Michael
I think you have made it really hard for yourselves trying to form a pattern which ends up with names that don't really mean anything, they are just there because they start with the right letter. Just choose names that you love the most!

-Chadden Blake and Bryce Christopher - Don't like Chadden at all. How about Cullen?
-Trevin Keith and Kylan Thomas - Don't like Trevin or Kylan, sorry.
-Griffin James and Jayce Grant - Don't like Jayce. I do like Jonah, Jonas, Jack, Josiah.
-Torrin Seth and Sailor Thomas - Don't like Torrin or Sailor. I like Tobin a lot. Silas or Stellan I like.
-Maverick Preston and Pierce Michael - Only like Michael. Miles Phillip & Patrick Michael.

This is my favourite pair out of your options.
I don't love the sound that Bryce Christopher has together, but Chadden Blake is nice.
I like the name Kylan, but personally am not a fan of Trevin.
I like Jayce, but am not a fan of two sinble syllable names together.
I can see Sailor as being a big problem with bullies, etc. I like Torrin, but not so much with the name Seth.
Maverick Preston sounds like too much to me.
Anyway...these are just my opinions as you requested...naming babies is tough...good luck to you, and congratulations :)

I love how you switched the first letters each time. My favorite combination is Torrin Seth and Sailor Thomas, but I also like Griffen James and Jayce Grant. Congrats!!

The first set is a good pair...if it were me the only reason i wouldnt want them is b/c they are both really original..but good original names..ive always liked both...
Chadden and Blake are cute..but then again Chadden is kinda odd..tho its different and its not too crazy!
I dont like Trevin..and Kylan is kinda a girls name to me
I really love Griffen and Jayce..they are boht awesome..that would be my pick...
Torrin is ok too..but dont use Sailor...its jsut weird
I like Maverick..and Pierce..but not hte middle names
