Jak and Daxter series take a while

also you could try to play runescape, an online free game, theres hours of fun and to beat the game u need 99 in all skills, which will take u years so there u go lol, wont be beating that fast at all

Stop playing video games so much and maybe it will take longer to beat. Go outside and play some sports or get a girlfriend or something.

If you like tactics, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (GC) is a good game. I don't care for the sequel as much, though.

Try any Zelda game. Twilight Princess (GC/Wii) is an amazing game, though it's a bit quicker than Ocarina of Time (64).

These games are only for Nintendo systems though.

Oblivion.
I would say get games like call of duty, or gears of war, just so when you beat it you always have online play.

All the final fantasy series... espically 7 and up
they're all great and they all take some time if u really want to go through them. u can play on ps2/ps1 or get an emulator and play them on pc too! =D
