I think it explained. Drag and Drop. I open Windows explorer and you have to learn how to get what you want open and see the file/Thumb Drive on the list. OR, open Windows Explorer 2 times and try to figure it out. The Cruzer usually open it own window when you plug it in or click the cruzer icon that pop-up and find.
I do the same with my MP3 Player. I not need all the fancy software. I just do a drag and drop into the Music folder. For simple one songs, they get dropped to my "Misc." sub-folder within the music folder.. Albums get dropped to the main Music Folder.
When you in the Thumb Drive you can click on Files > New Folder and give it a name.
Just practice you will learn.

Look at this picture;

On the right see "My Pictures"?
OK, look on the left and find E: It is in My Computer!
Let's say for example you want to move My Pictures into E: and it your Thumb Drive. Left Click on My Pictures and hold the Button down and move to your E: drive and you see it change colors and then release the button. IF, C: turn color move the mouse up down holding the left button, until you "Highlight" the Drive you want to drop to. I hope this helps.

Simple:

Open the My Computer icon, and drag the file into the thumb drive. It should be "mass storage device" or something similar, probably E:, F: etc.
