I'd use that aerophone they have on some airplanes and tell my family all my regrets and everything worth telling that I've lied about.
Actually, now that I think about it, I'd probably want to be asleep when I die. So, I guess I'd want to be sleeping for the last 10 minutes.

get a parachute and jump out, or eat everything on the plane, or just make sur ethe plane doesn't fall out... either way I am going to survive :P
