As a general rule, most chlorides are soluble, and all three of the listed ones are.

Added: For lead chloride, it depends on you deffinition of "soluble" about 1g will dissolve in 100ml of cold water and about 3.2g will disolve in 100 ml of hot water.

It is soluble in water, and not soluble in hexane (or very sparingly soluble). That compound is sodium benzoate, used in various food and drink items like soda as a preservative. The reason it's soluble is because of the acetyl group. It's an ionic organic compound. The strong ionic interactions between the acetyl group and water will dissolve the salt.

Yes it is... :)
The Hs can participate in h-bonding with the water molecules and so can Cl... in essence the substrate is a salt like NaCl

FeCl3 and PbCl2 should also be soluble as it is an ionic compound and most ionic compounds act like salts

NH4Cl and FeCl3 are soluble BUT PbCl2 is INSOLUBLE.
