It is virtually impossible to erase all records of your (or anyone else's) existance.

Long ago, when a courthouse burned down, many records were irretrievably lost. Computerized records are much harder to make disappear, and any important database presumably has backups. Try locating every copy of every school yearbook you ever appeared in.
