Not while driving, cos I like to keep both hands on the wheel. But I certainly do endorse nose-picking. It's very effective and I can think of no good reason why it shouldn't be socially acceptable behaviour. Pick and be proud!

I pick my nose while driving knowing full well people can see me.

Nope. I blow my nose while driving though and that's just as bad. However I do talk to myself while driving. I hope the people beside me think I'm singing..

Yes, and I flick my nasty green chunk of snot right on your windshield...where the wiper can streak it accross the windshield like a piece of...well, a piece of greasy snot across a windshield at 60 MPH.
