There's a bookstore in SM North Edsa (in front of comic alley in the area of the movie theaters) that sells second hand books. It has lots of second hand books.

the only one i know is ebay.ph if you want, you can do book buying at booksale stalls usuall in sm malls. they offer great bargain prices for used books.
