Mike Shanahan, Tony Dungy, Mike Tomlin and Gary Kubiak are the coaches I respect the most.

I think Tony Dungy is a great guy, I also like Lovey Smith, I used to love Bill Parcels when he was with my Giants, Bill Bilicek (or whatever) I never liked him especially when I lived in Cleveland and rooted for the Browns, no one in Cleveland liked his coaching style, he never did any good for the Browns, and now I like him even less.

Tony Dungy is a very good answer. The class that he shows is second to none. No one really else stands out to me.

Bill Parcells (Coached the Giants to two Championships, and the Jets to the playoffs.)
Weeb Ewbank (He coached the Jets to a Championship, nuff said.)
I also give credit to Bill Cowher, Chuck Noll, Bill Walsh, Don Shula, Barry Switzer, Mike Holmgren, Mike Shanahan, and Jon Gruden.

I am a football coach and I respect coaches who know how to teach. not the ones who yell up a storm. but someone who modivates. Tony is a Great coach. but another is Herm Edwards. although his record doesn't show it. His Players Love him. another guy is MIke Nolan. he puts up with so much yet gets blamed for everything.
