abstinence is not a form of birth control, for you are just not having sex. People are sexual creatures and should have sex and just be safe about it.
Condom+ female condom +spermacide + a hormonal birth control method would probably be super effective ....even though all of that at once is not necessery.

the pill is better than the condom but if your pretty regular a friend of mine just doesn't have sex the week she ovulates and she hasn't gotten preg in like 7 years but with her kids when she tried she did right away so i would say shes pretty furtal you just have to keep track of when you ovulate

well condoms for sure, but the depo shot worked the best for the medicine point of view.
