Is it possible to trace a person by their voice?

For instance, if I put my voice talking on a blog or something would there be any way for someone to trace it?

Various conspiracy theorists claim there are massive computers listening to thousands of phone conversations, presumably listening for terrorists.

Even if that were true, matching for a given voice would take so much computing power as to bog down the biggest computer in existance.

So the answer is, it is probably possible, but only a government could pull it off, and even then, they would be lucky.
