I feel like Mike McCarthy deserves it.
First off, look at where GB was right before he took possession of them. They were a 4-12 team where Favre had a career high 29 interceptions. In a season he developed them into a 500 team and cut down Favre's INTs to a managable 18 (And a lot of those came in the last 4 weeks after his injury). THen, this year, he took he youngest team in the NFL to a NFC North winning record at 11-2 and a sure first round bye. He has brought Favre back into the prolific QB he was of the olden days. He has cut down on Favre ints, he has developed a strong offense, and a very good defense when healthy. He is also very young as a coach, so much props to him.
He deserves Coach of the Year, but a lot of credit also needs to go to Ted Thompson who rebuilt his team to great success through the draft, getting young players with a lot of potential.

Agree McCarthy. last year packers were 8-8
this year they are 11-2. He has done so much with the team and have given them a ton of confidence. He has done the most with this team then any other coach in the league. And they Packers are the youngest team i the NFL. Hardly any veterans.

Reid is making the right call. You do not lose your position as starter by a short term injury. Now if Kolb plays poorly this week then Reid will have reason to change. Vick played decent last week but pro bowl? You're dreaming.

it will be a pack of cheese, meaning the coach of cheese town.
To the guy below me who said Del Rio, dude if they had won against the colts just one of those games, particularly the last one and had not lost to the saints, they would have been in a good situation right now for a first round bye and maybe, then he would have been a candidate for the award, they defense got ran over by the weak saints.
