Psychological problems are a constant companion of all in the western world. Here in Australia the studies show that 1 in every 5 people suffer a psychological disorder during their lives. There are 21 million people here and about 70,000 JWs. In my congregation of 150 with those statistics 30 should be on medication. I know of 6 that are. I have no problems with the rest of the world being wrong, as I do not have the responsibility of judging. I know that Jehovah will judge in justice and mercy. It is not a burden to know the truth it is a privilege. It becomes a burden if we keep it ourselves. What are JWs known for in every country, why it is their ability to find an reach people to give them the chance of hearing the good news of Gods Kingdom by his Son Jesus. That is no burden but a joy and pleasure.

Well, once a week I try to benefit from psychotherapy. PTSD.

I don't know but I am willing to try. Which is one of the reasons I am at the hospital twice a week..or more.

Told ya I was warped. ;)

Seriously though..knowing/admitting and asking for help is the first step to getting there. I've been on both sides of the fence, so to speak.

OK, let me tell you my experience. I said to the therapist, "Sometimes I think I'm a tee pee, and sometimes I think I'm a wigwam. One day tee pee, one day wigwam. What is wrong with me!" She replied, "PT, you are just too tense"
My real opinion, your choice of therapist is critical. peace
