Is this a trick question?! Isn't he already!

Seriously though, it would probably be more Kosher at the dinner table but besides that it would be the same as now.
Sadly most of the world thinks America is already run by Jewish people so if the president happened to be Jewish I really don't think he'd mark it all over the whitehouse and give them more ammunition!

Good question. I've seen complaints about how there is a large menorah in the White House grounds but no christian symbols. Odd given that the holiday season owes its timing to the fact that this is the lead up to Christmas.

Hanukkah is during the "holiday season" so they'd celebrate Hanukkah..
Presidents always go and celebrate Hanukkah, regardless of their religion, with children and families. Just because a president has a religion, it doesn't mean he or she shuts the door to other religions.
I'm sure a Jewish president would celebrate Christmas with Christian families as well.

Privately, the President's family would celebrate however they wanted. Publicly, there would be all the usual trappings which may or may not include religious ones. I am not sure the White House display includes manger scenes or Menorahs these days.

They'd be lighting a great big menorah every night for 8 nights, serving potato latkes and applesauce (along with other things) at a state Chanukah dinner, giving out little bags of foil-wrapped "Chanukah gelt" chocolates to kids.......
