No, not really. Based on Latin/Greek roots, the study of time should really be called "chronology." However, the word chronology already has a much more widespread meaning: a sequence of events ordered by time.

The International Society for the Study of Time just calls it "the study of time." There is no fancy name for it.

At the high end, special and general relativity, especially the notion of simultanaity in various reference frames. At the low end, quantum mechanics. Metrology would include measurement of time, more specifically chronometry (a term seldom used).
