How do I remove something from my startup programs when I turn on my computer?

Go to Start Menu > Run > type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks) > [Enter] > Startup tab > uncheck any program you don't want to load at statup > [Apply] > [O.K.] > Restart.

try typing msconfig on run, and uncheck startup programs on startup tab. i hope this helps.
