Do you like these names? If so, do you like Sophie or Sophia better?
and what are some suggestions on middle names? The middle names Ive thought of are...Juliette, Grace, Isabelle and Anna and Rachael ( last two are family names).
I already have a daughter named Savannah, so I thought Savannah and Sophie/Sophia would sound cute as sisters.

Depends what middle name I'd use - both are really pretty! If I wanted to use a middle name like Anna, then I'd go with Sophie. Sophie Anna is beautiful, but the double -a in Sophia Anna is a bit too rhyme-y for me. With Savannah though, I'd probably go with Sophie, so the -a endings once again don't clash.

Oh, and Savannah is such a gorgeous name! But I don't know if I'd do the whole S thing lol. What if you have more kids in the future? You'd probably feel obliged to continue the S tradition (otherwise, the last kid might feel left out lol). But all my siblings and I are J names (Jemma, Jack, Jo, etc), and believe me, it can get really grating at times!

I love the name Juliette. Savannah and Juliette would be just as great a sib-set as Savannah and Sophie, and maybe even better because they have a little more of a separate identity. Juliette Rachael, Juliette Isabelle, Juliette Annabel (Anna doesn't have enough syllables lol), even Juliette Sophia are beautiful combinations.

Good luck and congrats!!

PS I realize I say this on like all my answers, but I just love this website so much =D. Try www.nymbler.com - type in Savannah and all the other names you like and up will come tons more suggestions based on your style, so maybe you can find more middle name options.

Sophie Grace

You are going to be saying Savannah and ------- in that order. I think Savannah and Sophie rolls out better than Savannah and Sophia. That last A on Sophia just trips up the tongue.
Say it several times now and save your self sixty years of "selling seashells by the seashore"....by messing up with the rhythm of two similar names.
