No the engine heat must go somewhere.
If you don't use it inside the car, the radiator must remove it.

Using the heat no, But some vehicles will spin the AC pump on defrost mode to keep it lubricated in the off season. This will effect fuel milage. Pop the hood and look to see if the pump turns on with the defrost. I unplug mine in the winter ( this could cause the AC to seize) never had a problem but I hate AC anyway.

it does not effect your gas mileage but if your car starts to overheat, running the heater will help cool it off some--may melt you but......

no, your car makes it's own heat from the engine, summer , winter, fall, and spring, it doesn't use any more gas one way or the other.
