I tried.
Would end up trying to get my little brother to go to sleep, and would fall asleep in the process.
*sigh* I knew santa didn't exist though. My sister let me know when I was four. And then a year later, I saw my parents wrapping the presents. I hoped it was Santa, proving my sister wrong.

Nope, because I never believed in Santa. I did try to stay up all night though, just for the fun of it.

No. I put my video camera on overnight and when I checked it the next morning I discovered it was my Mum and Nan.
That ruined the whole Santa thing for me.

No because my parents would sleep in the living room just so we couldn't peek. If we needed to go to the bathroom our dad would come and wrap a big blanket around us, lead us to the bathroom, wait for us to finish, then wrap us again, and lead us to bed. Needless to say, we never knew what we were getting and it was a big surprise.

No because my parents and aunt told me Santa wouldn't come if I didn't go to sleep. So I'd go to sleep right away so he'd hurry up and get there.

everyone told me santa sees me all the time and will know when i dont go to sleep and he wouldnt come until i fell asleep.although i couldn't sleep because of excitement

my parents told me that Santa wouldn't come unless i was sleeping, so i went to bed early because i figured the sooner i got to sleep the sooner i'd wake up and get my presents.

yeah dude, i'd put out some cookies and milk and sit by the fireplace untill i passed out. i dont know how old saint nick pulled off getting all the presents under the tree with me chillen right next to it. i guess he really is magic

I tried but fell asleep only to wake up extra early and bugged my parents till they would say"okay go look at your stocking."
