I'm going to Christmas party at my husbands job also and they said no jeans to dress causal so I'm wearing a brown flair skirt with brown tights and boots to match and a cream color shirt..I wanted to wear red and black but my husband likes the skirt...have fun and shake a leg!!!

Well I love wearing tights and dress. It looks really classy and just fabulous!
So, I'd suggest wearing a silk plum or gemstone colored dress with black tights, black patent leather heels and simple silver necklace.
