I like it.
It's short and sweet, simple and cute. You don't have to create some long weirdly pronouced and spelt name to be unique. Giving your child and classic yet uncommon name would be fine.
I would pair Tia with a longer middle name, like Tia Adrienne or Tia Daniella though to balance out such a short first name.
I prefer Tia over Pia, that's for sure.
I like Tia. It's short and sweet, perfect for any little girl :)
