Most of the boys I know whose moms stay at home are very whiny and the girls aren't. Boys bond a bit more with their moms and the moms tend to spoil boys a bit more. It's the opposite with girls- the dad is usually much more likely to give in when they whine. Also, the youngest kids are usually more spoiled than the oldest one. you're probably more lax with the girls because they are "daddy's little princesses" and are a bit more strict with the boys, or you've trained your boys to be more independent.
