How come whenever something happens, straight away the blame game begins.

Can’t some people take events as pure ACCIDENTS? Why does everything always need to go straight to the negative?.

Yes, some things can be caused by neglect but some things are purely just accidents and ways of life, why do we need to blame other people?

Somebody dies in a hospital-there is a shocker. We must use tax payers money on an inquiry.

There was a storm- let’s blame the industry sector for ‘increasing the climate change effect’

Children eat small balls from a toy-PARENTS KNOW CHILDREN EAT SMALL THINGS,IF THEY ARE SO STUPID THAY CAN’T MOVE THEM AWAY FROM THE CHILD,THEN WHY DOES THE COMPANY HAVE TO SUFFER?

Children eating fast food makes then fat-DON’T GIVE IT TO THEM, YOU ARE THE PARENT.

Why don’t people either 1.take it as an accident (storms, dying in a hospital etc.) or 2. take some responsibility for themselves(children eating small toys, eating fast
food etc)?

Taking responsibility for one's actions is a value that is instilled in you by your parents. Too many people weren't taught it and like to sue.
On the flip side, too many corporations don't take responsibility for being negligent because they figure they have the laws on their side, more money for legal fees, etc.

I know man. We don't have good food at school now, because some fat guy sewed Pepsi and said that the drinks made him fat. There is a simple solution. DON'T DRINK THE DANG DRINK!!!

Peace

It's human nature, and it will always be there. Once something harmful happens to anyone, they will automatically find someone or something to blame, no matter how subtle or evident this need to blame is. I'm sorry, it's just something you'll have to live with :/

they still want to reduce the likelihood of such events occuring. even if its an accident and by chance they want to discover new ways to do things so the chance is reduced. sometimes it worth it sometimes its not.
