I need a free way to get rid of spyware and viruses and such.please help!

Scan your computer with Spybot and Ad-aware.
Since no single anti-spyware program can detect and eradicate all spyware. It is best to use more than one program, I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot which are among the best (they are free). Other top rated free anti-spyware programs are Super anti-spyware and AVG anti-spyware (formally Ewido).
Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best but it's not free (see the consumer source source for more information).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.
If you do not have an updated anti-virus program always running, you need to get one. Install only 1, but you can get AVG, Avast! or AntiVir for free.
I also recommend using Firefox as your Internet browser. It's safer, better and more secure.

I got two solutions, and they work pretty well. Here are the two:
AVG
and
Spybot- search and destroy
These two programs are free and very useful. They have updates almost every month to block new and tough spyware. I have both just in case one doesn't find something. Spybot does a faster scan though. AVG scans for viruses as well as spyware. Hope this helps!
