Are most furries white? Furry as in a member of the furry fandom

Most furries I know aren't white but I live in New York so that's a statistical skew due to the local population.
The USA probably has the most furries since that's where the fandom was born. Europe also has quite a few. Just going by national ethnicity statistics it's safe to say that most furries are white.
But things change and ideas spread. Next year there will be the first South American Furry Convention: Abando 2008

With the inter-net it is really hard to say since most stay in their own groups until convention time.
They can be what ever color you desire them to be.... Claws and Paws..
