Open tools, on the top right hand side of your IE, and open tools, open Internet Options, and you will see delete temp. files, history, etc. etc.
Or you can download what I use 100% free and clean, Crap Cleaner. Will do the job for you. http://www.ccleaner.com
Or you can also go to start, my computer, or open my computer from your desk top, open local disk "C", open properties and clean disk. Will clean for you.

It deletes rubbish documents. What occurs once you delete cookies is that all and sundry the web pages which you have have been given visited are deleted from the handle bar, and once you delete Tepm documents it potential that web pages load slower until you pass to that internet site back.

By default this files are hidden by the system.
Here's how:
1. go to Control Panel > Folder Options
2. go to View tab and click/mark on "Show hidden files and folders".
3. then go to Seach and look for files and folders containing "temporary internet files" then delete.

You might need to give it more time through IE. It can take a very long times sometimes. It can also be very quick sometimes, so quick that you may think that it didn't do anything. It just depends on how long you between each time you do it.
