The more liberal the courts are, the more erosion of rights. The appointment of Judges many times depends on their turn to be considered and appointed rather than true knowledge and application of law. There are flunkies who were politically connected, who barely made a living practicing law who are now interpreting law. It is a sad commentary but true within the state court systems.
