wat do girls have in their boobs cause milk i think is 4 months fater pregnancy or somethign like that

Breast is made up the pectoral muscle, fibrous tissue, blood vessels, nerves and lymph vessels & adipose tissue.

Its just fat. That's why a lot of heavy girls are big chested. Small girls are not so big chested.

Breasts are fat. They do lactate, but only after child birth.
