at cheer and now my coach... does not like me. It was about someone saying something rude, and she wouldn't continue with practice until someone admitted it. The problem is, only the two people I was with know the truth. AND, it is totally believable that I would've said it because of what it was. Even worse, I got a rash (happens when I get stressed, etc) a few minutes later. I was bright red, and I asked to go to the bathroom. I went for a run around the school (sounds crazy, but I had to do what I had to do) and it started to clear up.
Now, I feel this horrible guilt inside of me. Like the kind you feel when you say you DIDN'T do something and you really DID do it.
IS THERE SOME WAY TO JUST WASH THIS EVENT OFF OF ME?
I feel like confronting the coach would just make it worse, and it would make her & me keep thinking about it.
This is so horrible. I cannot even concentrate on my homework or anything. PLEASE HELP.

Thanks
:)Ayelle

My friends didn't say anything. I doubt it was even said. My guess is someone mis heard something & told the coach. Those freshmen... I swear...

The people that know the truth, they didn't stand up for you? Are they your friends? Anyways, my advice would be to spill the beans. Anything that is effecting your personal life and schoolwork is serious enough that you need to face the problem. Confronting the coach may seem like a bad decision, but you shouldn't hold things like that in. If your coach doesn't believe you, go beyond the coach. Take it to someone who WILL do something to fix up the mess your in. That's what I'd do. You can't just wash it off I'm afraid to say. You should just get the things on your mind off your chest. You'll be much more relaxed and focused after that.
Good Luck!!

wow, if you took the blame for some one that was your friend and they didn't even try to take the blame then you need to reevaluate that friendship. I've taken blame for stuff i didn't do but it was for friends that also took the blame for things i did an they didn't do, if they never did anything for you i don't know why you tried to help them....
