Congrats!! lol.
I love all your name choices! It's so hard to pick just one.
Neil is a really underrated name, in my opinion. It's cute and very masculine at the same time.
Joel is another great, masculine name - Joe and Joey are just adorable nicknames.
Ross is awesome, but now I only think of Friends when I hear it! So, unfortunately, despite it's awesomeness, it's out lol.
Dean is also really masculine and awesome, and I always seem to associate Superman with the name lol (Dean Cain I guess). I like the similar name Deacon a little better though that might not be your thing.
Of all the names, I think I'm going to have to go with Neil. It's a strongly grounded name, you can pay homage to your grandfather, and I just love the sound of it lol. Longer middle names are probably best, to balance out it's single-syllable.
What about: Neil Alexander, Neil Hendrix, Neil Henry, Neil Christopher, Neil Jameson, Neil Drake (though it's short, I think it works well, though I'm a bit biased towards the name Drake), Neil Deacon, Neil Jacoby, Neil Damien, Neil Xavier, Neil Leonard, Neil Oliver, Neil Marco/Neil Marcus, Neil Westley/Neil Wesley, Neil Iago, Neil Hugo, Neil Keaton, Neil Arthur, Neil Thomas, Neil Matthew, Neil Frederick, Neil Michaelson, Neil Samuel, Neil Bruno, Neil Rafael, Neil Edwin, etc.
Good luck and congrats again!!
