should i put two blood parrot cichlids together if they have already been and they started fighting?

unless u want them to kill each other of course. then by all means go ahead

It depends on how long they have been apart, but in my opinion and experience, they are probably both females, or one is a female getting ready to lay eggs, or she already has. Some parrotfish are just naturally aggressive but some are fantastically sociable. You may try it again, but it probably won't work unless you get a bigger tank. Parrot cichlids get pretty big.
