I have just done a bunch of interviewing myself within the past 3 months, and the ones that I heard over and over again were:
1. Why do you want to work for our company?
2. What can you tell me about our company?
3. Describe a time when you had to overcome a conflict with
a co-worker.
4. Describe a time when you had to overcome a conflict with
a supervisor.
5. Tell me about a time when you have accomplished a goal
for yourself, and what it took to accomplish it.
6. What assets do you think you will bring to the team?
7. Do you like to work with people, or by yourself?
8. Do you work well under a stressful situation?
These are the ones that I can think of for now. The best advice that I can give you is know the company that you will be interviewing for. Do research. Answer everything as honestly as you can. Maintain good eye contact. Be presentable, and after the interview, when you get home, write a thank you card and send it to your interviewer. It keeps you fresh in their mind, and might even be what gets you that job. Good Luck!
