Is that his real name? Or does he have a special nickname, if so what is it ! ?

That's his real name, and it's nothing to laugh about, he was a scary guy.

He had quite a few titles, but what I think you're referring to is his nickname of "Iron Chancellor," cause of his brutal tactics.

His full name was Otto Edward Leopold von Bismarck, Prince Bismarck, Duke of Lauenburg. A speech he made in 1862 using the phrase 'man of blood and iron' was the origin of his nickname 'The Iron Chancellor'.

~He was born Otto Eduard Leopold. He was from (von) Bismarck. He had several nicknames. Look him up sometime, he is not only a vitally important character in history but an interesting one as well.
