When I lived in San Angelo, Texas, I had a problem with one of the McDonald's there. As I am prone to do in ANY restaurant, I Voiced my complaint with the manager, who basically blew me off. It just so happened that the McDonald's was in a customer satisfaction campaign, and all their drink cups had an 800 number to call their central office in Atlanta, and complain. I did so, and to my surprise, the local manager of that particular McDonald's was called by them; the next day I was called by them and requested to go by the Micky-D's in question. I was given almost $50.00 dollars worth of free food coupons and other perks as a result of that, as well as a personal apology from the manager. That was OK, too, but would have been better if the manager had done it on her own. At any rate , I used all the coupons and perks...at a different Micky-D location. I don't have that number, but I'm sure you could probably get it at a local franchise. That's not suing, but at least it gives a little satisfaction.

No. You can certainly call the head office and complain to them. If they don't do that, then you can contact the Better Business Bureau or some other organization like that. Other than that, you can't do much.
Depending on your circumstances, McDonalds probably should have returned your money, but they don't always have to. If you ordered it, and tried it right away and found it cold, then should have replace/refunded your order. If you took it home, then tried it, then they have no responsibility for that. If you tried it right away, but ate it all anyway, they still have no responsibility.

Any moron can sue anyone for anything if you have enough money to pay an unethical lawyer.
In this case a more sensible course of action would be to simply not eat there anymore if you don't like it!

i highly doubt that they wont let you do that if u went to the corporate office and told them what happened. dont ever go to the manager, go to the corporate!! then that store manager will get in trouble and that store manager will get the other managers in trouble for what had happened.
i did it before. and they offered a refund or replace all the food. but i told them that i didnt want any of it, bc the service was bad and that i didnt want a second helping of it.

Write to corporate headquarters and complain. They'll probably send you some free coupons or something. Why would you want to go through the trouble of a lawsuit?

I think they'd give you your money back, but you should talk to them and see what they do for that. You probably can't sue though, depending on where you live.

you can definitely do it, but its not worth how much you would get from them, which will basically be the amount you paid. These days you can sue for anything, people have sued Macdonald's for "making" them get fat and won the cases which is so ridiculous. but i suggest you don't waste your time.
