I know that it's not called Black Friday. I'm an avid Black Friday shopper. What I'm asking is if there is a Black Friday TYPE shopping event around Christmas.
Thanks everyoneee

PEOPLE.... READ MY QUESTION. I don't want to sound rude but everyone is answering me by trying to tell me what Black Friday is. I KNOW THAT BLACK FRIDAY IS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING... i've been going for 20 years.
WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS IF THERE IS A "BLACK FRIDAY" TYPE EVENT AROUND CHRISTMAS.
once again, thank you.

No, there is not a "Black Friday" after Christmas. The reason the day after Thanksgiving is called "Black Friday" is because companies accounting departments sometimes consider themselves in the "Red" until people begin shopping for Christmas. There will be good sales after Christmas, but they won't be considered "Black Days" because companies will not consider themselves in the "Red."

Not really - Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving Thursday.
Christmas can fall on any day of the week - so actually, the day after Christmas the stores usually have the official "After Christmas Sale", "Christmas Clearance", etc.

Yep. It's the day after Christmas... it's the official second "Black Friday".
The day after Christmas is THE unofficial second "Black Friday"... I'm not really sure why I received four thumbs down for this LOL... it's a FACT. It's been this way for the last several years. It's one of the largest days for returns and shopping AFTER Thanksgiving! People use their gift cards and return gifts and spend cash money they received as a gift. It's not always on a FRIDAY... it's the DAY AFTER Christmas. Some will say that it's the day before Christmas, but I've read that there are more sales generated the day after Christmas these days due to gift cards!

Not really... "Black Friday" is to prepare for Christmas - meaning people shop the day after Thanksgiving for Christmas gifts. No one really shops the day after xmas because xmas is over. There are, however, post-holiday sales. If you're like my mom, you stock up.

No not really well there's nothing called Black Friday after
Christmas, or at least to my knowledge there's not. But
after Christmas the whole next two weeks are always crazy
with great sales and such. And they normally call those the

i saw it yesterday.the story line is stupid, and much like in every horror movie, the characters do extremely dumb things that a normal person wouldn't. but the kille ris just creepy.the story or the killer is scarring.i'm scarred for life with that.but even the end is idiotic.i went in a theater full of teenagers and not once did enyone scream.this is one of those dissapointing horror movies where you only cream when something frikin jumps out. its just like uh kill blood splat.tha tit.but its soooo disgusting.ew.thedude kill shis mom and then makes cookies out of her bakes them and eats is.it groooss like that. but, see it.you'll be slightly dissapointed.
