WHEN WE FLUSH THE TOILET IT ALLOWS WATER TO FLOW FROM RIM BUT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ALLOWING WATER TO FLOW AT BOTTOM AS TO PUSH THE WASTE OUT.ONLY FLUSH FROM RIM AND DONT PUSH OUT.SOMETIMES 3 OR MORE TIMES WE HAVE TO FLUSH IT.COULD IT BE BLOCKED INSIDE TOILET OR SOME OTHER ISSUE?I HAVE NOT TRIED ANYTHING AS OF YET.THANK YOU..FLUSHLESS FROM SC.

Go to the hardware staore and buy a "snake" Just ask them and they'll show you how they work. That's the first thing I would try.

Take a 5 gallon bucket of water and pour it directly into the bowl if it flushes like it should time for a new toilet your weep holes are clogged more than likely the date on the inside of the tank says its about 20 years old

It definitely is partially clogged. That lets the water go down too slowly to trigger the flushing action. Get a toilet plunger or a snake. Plunger is cleaner to use so try it first.
