Do you have a real tree or an artificial tree?..
I haven't had a real tree for 12 years..Too messy !!!

We have a tri- level house. There's a real tree on the middle level(sitting room) a fake one on the lower level(family room) a fibre optic in my bedroom(top level) and two more real ones to bring in in pots. They are only small, so we'll stick them somewhere.

I have a artificial tree, which is easier for me because you don't have to worry about the needles and you can put it up until the next year. Not to mention you don't have to worry about any critters coming into your home. I know they shake the trees really well, but still I don't want to take a chance. This is my husband and I our first Christmas in a new home (our first home) so this is a special tree for sure.

We have an artificial tree, it's a fibre-optic one that lights all over and the colours keep changing. It's quite nice.
