You could probably use lots of bubble wrap but I wouldn't recommend it.

A sturdy box with lots of bubble wrap. Not the sort box they pack chips in at Aldi, but something a bit thicker. And lots and lots of bubble wrap. And some more.

they have special boxes with foam that is perforated so that you can make your laptop fit perfectly,if you don't want to go that way get a box and wrap it well with bubble wrap so the laptop doesn't move
